Getting in touch with us is easy!
With Direct Primary Care, we aim to provide you with the best, accessible care possible. With DPC, since we limit our members, our schedules tend to be lighter than traditional practices and Dr. Winkes will be able to address any concerns you may have about your child as soon as possible. While there may be times when she is out of the area, she strives to help you avoid an ER visit whenever possible, by having a flexible schedule and even making herself available on evenings and weekends when needed.
During regular office hours, Dr. Winkes and staff can be reached by simply calling our office number (207-390-8570). During office hours, we do not have a ‘phone tree’ and instead strive to answer the calls as they come. However, understand that we have a very small practice with limited staff, so there may be occasions when you will have to leave a voicemail. Rest assured, we are checking our messages regularly throughout the day and we WILL get your message and get back to you as soon as possible.
After business hours, you will call the same office number (207-390-8570), however, this time you will have an option to either leave us a ‘non-urgent’ message for when we return back to the office, or you can select the option to reach Dr. Winkes directly. Non-urgent messages should be just that- > non-urgent. We won’t get these messages until we’re back in the office.
If your child is a member of Dr Winkes DPC practice and you have questions or concerns that cannot wait until our regular office hours and you want to reach Dr. Winkes more urgently, please select option 3. While this option transfers directly to Dr. Winkes cell phone, she may not be available to answer right away and you may reach her voicemail. She will get your message and she will get back to you as soon as possible. If it is an emergency, please dial 911 or take your child to the nearest Emergency Room.
